Use and Care
Adjust the cord evenly through both handles and confirm both internal anchors hold before use. Count and inspect the beads, cord, foam sleeves, and handle openings regularly. Use only with sufficient overhead, side, and floor clearance, keeping people, pets, furniture, and fragile objects outside the rope path. Avoid rough surfaces that can cut the beads or abrade the cord. Wipe the beads with a damp cloth, allow every part to dry, coil loosely, and store in the pouch. Stop use if a bead cracks, the core frays, or an anchor slips.
